Position-Hiring for Product Sales Manager-SME Client

Location- Chennai

Job Description:

- Acquire, build and manage portfolio of SME Clients, for high value liability relationships and Cash backed Asset relationships.

- Deliver month on month targets on Acquiring New to Bank Clients, CA BALANCE BUILD Up, Generate CMS, Trade and Forex Fees and cross sell general insurance (business), private banking products.

- Manage end to end client engagements in acquiring, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support to the client along with cross selling.

- Work closely with the SME Regional Head and Transaction Banking Team to develop sales strategy for SME Liability clients & Cash backed Clients.

- Identify industry segments, associations, trade bodies, influencers, market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for high value SME clients.

- Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team.

- Undertake training of sales, acquisition & relationship management as subject matter expert.

- Knowledge in domain is mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, FEMA & non FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework), understanding of CMS products.

An Ideal Candidate should possess :

- Sound knowledge of Client on-boarding, KYC, Capital Account Transactions, Transaction Banking Services - Cash Management, Trade and FX, TASC products and general banking regulations..

- Previous relevant experience of 2-8 years with a minimum experience of 1-2 years in acquisition and sales, managing & handling SME Liability clients in Indian Market.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly.

- Driving success taking action, seizing opportunity, pursuing goals.

- Showing resilience thinking positively, embracing change, inviting feedback.

- Communicating information convincing people, articulating information, challenging ideas.

- Processing details - meeting timescales, checking things & follow procedures.
