Product Sales Manager - NRI Banking - Bank (3-8 yrs)
- Achieve NR NTB and NR Liabilities target for the assigned Branches.
- Create NR target client master.
- To prospect and meet clients from the TCM, understand Client needs, explain products and features and on-board them.
- Ensure deepening of existing NR client relationships
- Work closely with the Leadership team of respective Branch/ Channels and execute NR strategy.
- Act as a single touch point for all queries related to NR Business.
- AOF Rejection Management, Zero Fraud Compliance
- Ensure Customer Service levels are at the highest standards.
- Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare a catchment action plan for each of the assigned Branches and execute NR specific activities in collaboration with marketing team.
- Execute NR lead generation alliances.
