Product Risk Manager - Retail Segment (5-15 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To oversee the ongoing monitoring of credit exposures underwritten by company under the different lines of business - Retail Secured, Unsecured loans, Digital Loans. Be the owner of the ECL framework for these products. Have direct senior management interaction for the development, oversight, performance monitoring and evaluation of all appropriate Credit policy, Risk and/or Marketing strategies related to credit review, marketing, collections and other applicable operational areas. To develop policies and analytics to have a complete view of the exposure, limits, risks, etc. for the various lending portfolios held by the NBFC and ensure that strong - early warning- signals are built in the system for highlighting adverse payment/ default cases.

1.Develop, implement and supervise the process and credit policies for the varied lending products of the organization.
2. To direct the development, and implementation of systems to drive efficiency & automate Lending authority
3. Drafting of Product programs and policy keeping in mind the regulatory framework as well as the target market & risk appetite
4. To monitor portfolio caps and triggers to ensure that the portfolio remains healthy and operates within pre-agreed limits
5. Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Policy and execution
6. Training & Effective Deployment of policies growth as well as build sustainable portfolio quality
7. Build a strong team and ensure their continuous development
