Product/Program Manager - IT - IIT/NIT/BITS

Core Skills :

- 15+ years in product/ program management

- Experience in Agile based project management and Scrum management

- Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into business and product requirements

- Experience with product life-cycle management feature and release planning, enhancement requests and improvements

- Experience in resource planning, costing and effort and budget tracking

- Strong team management and leadership skills. Must have managed multi technology, multi discipline, geographically spread out teams

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects

- Proven track record of building strong processes to scale business

Additional Skills :

- Strong communication(verbal & communication) and team management skills

- Experienced with Agile Methodologies

- Experience with Product life-cycle planning and release planning

- Experience in product/project delivery in manufacturing domain a big plus

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

- 8+ years of IT experience

- B. Tech/MCA from premier institution

MBA: Desired not mandatory
