Responsibilities :
As a part of Product Presales team, you will be responsible for assisting in closure of (Sales Qualified Leads) SQLs and managing customer proposal responses for our data product suite. In a highly charged and dynamic environment, your job will require the following :
- Performing conversations with customers for understanding their need
- Understanding of the opportunity and positioning of right product from the suite
- Formulating appropriate solution POV to address the customer requirement
- Create and deliver presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits
- Organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's and work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers and other teams in the organisation to provide feedback against client's requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
A successful candidate will potentially have :
- Relevant experience in bid management roles
- Experience working in B2B Enterprise Software, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and/or Cloud.
- Proven track record of assisting in opportunity closure and pre sales activities
- Exposure to responding to RFPs and creating proposal responses
- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in working with BI & Analytics tools and teams
- A confident communicator with an executive presence, able to clearly explain the program to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Excellent Presentation skills and Software Product Demonstration Skills
