As a Program Manager in our Product Team, he/she will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our existing product portfolio. The key responsibility will be to collaboratively strategize, plan, and implement initiatives that drive the expansion of our program. He/she will work closely with partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and achievement of strategic goals. He/She will report to Product Head - Cards.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Program Enhancement: Take charge of the full lifecycle of our launched products. Continuously analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Scaling Strategy: Devise and execute strategies that will enable the program to scale up efficiently and sustainably. Collaborate with partnersto leverage theirstrengths and explore new avenues for growth.
Initiative Development: Drive the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new initiatives designed to enhance the program's reach, impact, and profitability.
Partnership Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and mutual success. Collaborate on joint marketing efforts, promotions, and mutually beneficial strategies.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Marketing,Operations, and Finance to align program strategies and drive cohesive execution.
Performance Analytics: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators,using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive informed decisions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Direct experience of handling Product or Business profile for Cards/ Financial Products in a leading Bank / NBFC
- Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in program management, product management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in scaling programs, driving growth, and implementing innovative strategies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
