Requirement: - Post Graduate/MBA(Finance)/CA with relevant experience with Banking/Financial institution in underwriting, Loan products, product technology, Finance /sales roles in retaill assets, secured and unsecured loans - Strong experience in Credit underwriting in Retail Assets, Secured and Unsecured Loans - Strong experience in designing business loan products with extensive understanding of underwriting and understands potential risks involved in products related to credit rating, customer profiling etc. - Product and Prtfolio management for business loans - Experience in digital platforms and creating synergies with Technologies - Customer life-cycle management and process re-engineering - Budgeting and P&amp;L management - Team Management Responsibilities: - New product development along with Underwriting teams, digitization, innovation and executing business strategies - Product evaluation and appraisal to track its success/impact - Portfolio management and create pricing and budgeting plans - Customer retention strategies and its implementation through continuous product improvement - Driving cross sell and preapproval programs
