The Product Management function develops the product strategy. It ensures the availability and suitability of products for all overseas countries where our products are sold or where we plan to sell in future. It interfaces with the sales team and conducts market research in key markets to understand the product requirements and co-ordinates with Product Development (PD) for the development of these products.
