- Design a product offering based on specifications of the project
- Ideate & segment market based on product design, project, customer profile, media plan etc
- Decide on where, how to, to whom to market, how to pitch and what the results should be
- Dig deep & analyse & research the product/project & its entire supply chain for sales
- Make marketing & media plan to reach project specific target audience; create awareness, hype and build interest in the TG
- Handle planning for single/multiple projects simultaneously starting with Mumbai projects
- Handle a few customer touch points, get involved in some projects and hence sell & market product individually with a direct sales target
- Support & manage sales team, interpret & analyse data, have strong analytical, framework driven, strategic bend
- Role is 80% product management and 20% sales
