Roles & Responsibilities:

Retail Liabilities squad is responsible to manage E2E user journey's on new age mobile app and netbanking. Not only limited to the user experience arising out of UI/UX but also focusing and continuously increasing the offline and online features. E2E integration & automation is the key since we believe a mobile app or net-banking is digital bank in itself.

Roles focuses on Home Loans, Personal Loans, Two wheeler loans, Four Wheeler loans and similar products.

Previous experience with lending products would be an advantage.

Primary KRAs include:

- Implementation of Customer engagement funnels

- Implementation of Business funnels

- Product/Feature backlog mgmt.

- Delivery prioritization

- Productivity & capacity mgmt.

- UI/UX & accessibility

- Bugs backlog mgmt.

- PO signoff

- Delivery & internal impediments

- Campaign enablement

- Customer comm. enablement

- Customer communications

- Create value of end user

- Squad budget & cost optimization

- Squad mgmt.

- Backlog prioritization

- Stakeholder and team coordination

- Technology delivery as per MVPs

- Impediment clearing, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities :

1. Defining the vision - Research Fin-techs, Banking, E-com and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects

2. Manage product backlog - Define, detail and prioritize the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on value being delivered periodically

3. Owning the development and quality - Owning and running the squad from finance to delivery and support to research

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :

'Lead respective business squad each comprising of 8 to 10 members consisting of varied experiences and skillsets like BAs, Developers, Automation QAs, Scrums, Iterations managers, etc.

Preferred certifications : Agile Scrum master, Agile Product Owner, Business analyst, etc.
