- Quantitative Brokers is looking to grow its product management team in order to continue to develop and innovate an evolving suite of products to reduce implicit trading costs for its clients.

- The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, energetic, confident and an established financial services professional with a strong track record of product management in electronic execution services.

- As a product manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap. This position requires that you work closely with Sales, Technology and Research to define product specifications and prioritize product delivery. You will also perform market research and analysis of prospective initiatives.

- The Product Owner/Manager role demands that the individual is highly analytical who is able to work effectively in a matrix environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collect and write product requirements to develop new products and enhance existing products

- Manage key initiatives from start to finish while engaging internal and external stakeholders

- Keep up to date with Day 1 Exchange changes and work with all internal/external stakeholders to meet deadlines

- Create and document repeatable process and structure surrounding our product development initiatives

- Partner with Technology, Sales, Research, and Desk teams on product implementation, launch and release.

- Prepare, maintain, and prioritize product backlog for enhancements/projects/KTLO work items

- Management of deliverables and timescales for the individual workstreams.

- Feedback of information and comments from clients and partners.

- Manage communication and set expectations.

- Structured reporting and delivery of overall group strategy.

- Ability to work under user-defined timelines

Skills and Experience:

- At least 6-10 years of experience working in product management in financial technology.

- Hands-on financial technology experience managing the full lifecycle of product deployment (e.g. OMS/EMS system integration).

- Strong understanding of execution algorithms, their use and associated analytics.

- Ability to influence without direct authority across all levels of the organization

- Proven track record working in an entrepreneurial environment.

- A flexible approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments, as well as externally with vendors/clients.

- Clear articulation of the strategy and the associated release schedules.

- Able to work with industry peers in a constructive and collaborative format.

- Strong Knowledge of the following frameworks:

- Listed derivatives vendor platforms

- Confluence

- Jira
