Product Owner/Manager (8-14 yrs)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ I write the product vision, value, and evolution plan

- Write a vision of the product, align it with business strategy, stakeholders, users, and the product team.

- Define the product business model in terms of value creation, manage the product investment, billing mode, and KPIs, to guarantee the resulting value creation

- Understand and identify the user needs, business target and market demands, take into consideration technical trends while defining product vision.

- Co-write the product roadmap with key business partners, share it and oversee its implementation, keep it updated.

- Define the industrial policy of the product.

2/ I design the product

- Conduct the market research, user data survey and stakeholder interviews to drive product decisions

- To be user centered, write user stories

- Align with business partners and product teams to balance business and technical objectives. Apply UX, engineering and architecture strategy, ensure technical standards are respected in the product design & implementation.

- Identify and document technical tradeoffs as well as dependencies and constraints

- Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and b0usiness objectives, make the product catalog accessible to the stakeholders, and adapt to the changes to perform.

- Define non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resilience, usability, accessibility, security, and business continuity

- Validate the MVP scope and release planning

- Anticipate problems and user needs, Stay one step ahead of users with customer journey mapping

3/ I Co-build & run the product using an agile approach

- Practice iterative, agile methodology

- Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

- Lead the sprint planning and confirm the scope, confirm what to deliver with the agreement of the team.

- Act as a key player throughout each event, including planning, refinement, review, and sprint retrospective

- Be available to the engineering team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the users' view of how they're implementing a product feature.

- Perform validation of feature against stated goals; facilitate user review and acceptance testing, summarize user feedback and decide whether it will go to sprint iteration

- Train users on the realized functionalities

- Manage execution and eliminates blocking issues during development

- Work with cross-functional teams on feature sizing and delivery planning

- Define & monitor product health and performance metrics

- Collaborates with business partners and engineering team to understand reporting requirements and KPIs, create dashboards to measure product performance.

- Identifies opportunities to improve feature performance and overall product health using data and represents that work in overall prioritization.

- Set up routines with users of the product to have an efficient feedback loop.

4/ I communicate and facilitate collaboration

- Interact directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, act as the primary communicator and facilitator between stakeholders and teams

- Effective communications of product value delivery milestones and progress

- Present options/recommendations clearly and persuasively to support product and business decision making and prioritization.

- Communicate overall product prioritization to engineering teams, business partners and stakeholders.

- Manage product planning through regular collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, business partners and stakeholders.

- Own effective relationships with other engineering teams across Technology

- Make product backlog, PRD, functional and technical documents available on clients Wiki & Github.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

- Improvement in key business metrics: ATC%, BTD%,Conversion Rate, ABQ/ABV, Product Ratings, Perceived Availability, Product Margin%, Returns%

- Product NPS (% promoters - % detractors)

- Product Business Model (costs vs benefits)

- Stakeholders satisfaction

- Product/Feature availability/downtime

- Product specific indicators (to be defined by product owner self based on product needs)

WHO ARE YOU

- Sports passionate and enjoy engaging in individual and collective sports activities

- Passionate about e-commerce, products and customer experience and very curious to work in an innovative and ever changing environment.

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management in an ecommerce first set-up.

- Experience in Market & User Study, Product Design, Product Documentation and Performance Management (visual management, OKR, KPI, etc)

- Data driven and well versed with Analytical and reporting tools (Clevertap, Google Analytics, Hotjar..)

- Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and ambiguity with focus on results and long term projection.

- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills across various functions

- Strong leadership and communication capabilities to inspire, align people on a common target and deliver results.

- Experienced proponent of agile methodology;

- User centered, committed and passionate about user centric experience, accountable on value creation;
