Product Owner

Experience : 5-7 years

Location : Bangalore

Must-Have : Experience in Product Ownership, SAFe Agile, Stakeholder Management, product data (e.g. BOMs, hierarchy), data management or analytics

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the product data domain to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall product data vision.

- Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.

- Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.

- Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.

- Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.

- Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.

- Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data management or analytics

- Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager

- Experience in working with product data (e.g. BOMs, hierarchy)

- Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
