Product Owner

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- The success or failure of the business line will be entirely your responsibility

- As a PnL owner, you will be accountable for delivering the product and technology roadmap with the right quality and right cost structure.

- You will be working with leadership group to align on strategic business targets quarter by quarter

- Post alignment of targets you will have to work with cross functional teams towards achieving the same

- You will be constantly working with cross functional teams, constantly understanding the challenges and supporting the teams in taking micro and macro strategic decisions which will help the team deliver the outcome

- On a sprint by sprint basis you will prioritise the work for cross functional teams to ensure maximum outcome with the constraints of resources

- Resolve any prioritisation conflicts and taking measured risks calls to break any impasse

- You work with other PnL owners either as a customer or stakeholder to ensure appropriate prioritisation happening in their cross functional groups wherever there are dependencies

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- Experience in having driven cross functional teams towards success

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business context and quickly adapt accordingly

- Highly strategic mindset and drive for success

- Strong understanding of principles of Engineering, DevOps, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Quality

- Strong ability to zoom in and zoom out, along with high willingness to get hands dirty when required

- Strong leadership skills to be able to guide the teams with coherence

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills

- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in achieving desired outcomes

YOU BRING :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering with 7 - 10 years of experience in Engineering.

- MBA or have experience played a business role
