- Lead our Home Squad focusing on product, customer, and business improvements for our home brands.

- Own and define the Product Backlog prioritizing the highest value items based on data, customer insights, and efforts.

- Refine the Product Backlog based on Increment value, data, and feature usage to optimize value generation sprint on sprint.

- Collaborate with Brand teams to understand core business opportunities and challenges to help influence the prioritization of the Product Backlog.

- Collaborate with the Product Design team to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.

- Collaborate with Technology teams to optimize the Home Squad's Sprint Backlog, removing any impediments to progress along with the sprint.

- Communicate and foster alignment on the Home strategy, along with its progress, to all levels of leadership across the company.

- Use MVPs and experiments to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions.

- Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews.

- 5+ years of experience working in a Product Owner role within a retail e-commerce business.

- 5+ years of experience working in a Product Owner role within a retail e-commerce business, ideally within the Home vertical.

- Demonstrated track record of driving value and influencing key business metrics.

- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for data analysis and data-informed product innovation.

- End to end quantitative thinking.

- Experience using a 3rd party testing and analytic tools, ideally Google Analytics, Monetate, and ContentSquare.

- Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.la

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and environments.

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and establish strong partnerships.

- Rigorous: ask hard questions, validate their assumptions, and make sure asks to align to the actual needs of the business.

- Have a great eye for good technical solutions and must be able to collaborate with engineers.

- Ideally PSM/CSM or PSPO/CSPO certified.
