Product Owner : Fintech

What you'll be doing? :

- You will own end-to-end of the product

- You will be responsible for defining key product KPIs and ensuring deliveries You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy

- You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements You will work with designers to create amazing user experiences

- You will liaise with engineering managers, product analysts to deliver world class product features that matters for the customers You will take the full responsibility for a customer-facing product and crush competition You will closely with founding team to deliver world class business banking products

What you should have? :

- You have 6-8+ years experience creating customer facing products ideally in high-growth start-ups

- You have experience building, scaling and owning mobile app in a high growth product based company

- Strong understanding of technology You have a track record of building successful (financial) products using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning You have experience building SAAS products for businesses

- You have the ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate decisions

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence all levels of stakeholders

- Ability to solve complex problems by breaking them into simple ones and prioritising them

- Analytical thinking and strong understanding of user experience

- You have extensive experience building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets on small screens.

- You should have experience with low fidelity wireframing using any tools

- You should have experience mentoring and scaling team of associate/senior product managers.
