Product Owner - Financial Service Firm (8-13 yrs)
- Product Backlog management and Prioritizing User Stories using tool
- Holding agile daily Scrum and Backlog refinement/grooming
- Creating user stories and working with UI/UX designers for product features
- Defining short and long term product vision and communicating it to the development team and stakeholders
- Product Demos with different stakeholders and users to get timely feedback for product improvement
- Managing and monitoring product KPIs.
- Gather and review requirements with Customer to ensure customers- needs are defined.
- Presentations and overview of new products internally/externally.
- Weekly meetings as needed with application teams to ensure all tasks are well defined with right capacity planning.
- Ensure all issues are handled in timely matter and impediments resolved.
- Create project plans and business cases for enhancements to existing functionality.
- Update/Review user guide related to product functional details.
