Key Skills Required: - Proven experience in the customer journey and customer experience design, SaaS and digital front-end processes (in B2B and/or B2C context) - Able to capture big picture and be pragmatic - Team player with a strong drive for result - Knowledge of Salesforce &amp; CloudCraze / Salesforce B2B Commerce - In-depth experience with the agile development process - Well respected and influential, able to emphasize methodology, modeling, and governance, persuasive, and enthusiastic - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: - Align on the product vision (system scope) with the Customer Experience &amp; Portal Manager - Use the product backlog as the primary tool to ensure value is delivered incrementally, iteratively and frequently, guarding regular delivery of a working product increment - Update the product backlog in terms of priority setting and proper level of detail, groom the user stories - Ensure that the development team has a clear and transparent understanding of the value in the product backlog, enabling proper refinement - Manage the e-commerce product catalog ensuring the development team has the data set-up needed to deliver their product increments - Represent the customer needs in all parts of the customer journey in the different agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) - Verify the quality of the development - Document new functional flows - Assure proper release communication to the different business stakeholders - Create commitment and connection to the customer journey - Communicate clearly and proactively about risks, progress and impact of decisions regarding trade-offs
