Business Analyst

Experience : 7-10 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate Joinees or max 15 days

Responsibilities :

- Design technology solutions by connecting business, technology, user and customer requirements.

- Convert solutions into user stories along with acceptance criteria, wireframe and additional support documents

- Create and own product backlog

- Help project sponsors and product owners to prioritise the user stories

- Keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly

- Helping to further the Agile community within the organisation

- Helping the team to continuously improve their process

- Technology evangelist, well aware of technology trends

- Strong belief in agile and lean thinking

- Have ability to connect business, technology and user requirements to create technology solutions

- An entrepreneurial attitude that gets high quality projects done quickly

- Passionate about your craft and want to be surrounded by like-minded individuals

- Worked with multiple Agile methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean

- Like to ship software early and often
