Role &amp; Responsibility - Lead operations across retailer &amp; customer care and logistics, leveraging best practices to enable the business to achieve scale and efficiency targets while enhancing experience; overseeing relationship building with our clients (online and field-based) - Drive targets on repeat revenue, referrals, and retailer &amp; member NPS - Manage the P&amp;L of Product Operations - Oversee full logistics management, customer support services and vendor relations, - Ensuring adherence to budget forecasts and quality experiences - Hiring and managing all relationship managers (tele-callers), telesales, and delivery associates as well as structuring their work plans - Document SoPs and train staff on processes through effective written and spoken communication - Liaise with data, technology and sales teams to ensure world-class operations delivery - Generate insights for the product team to build into the product; leading first drafts of PRDs based on actual requirements and use cases - Understand customer needs and priorities to carry out operational planning and to set, execute and deliver upon expectations with timeliness and quality - Identify improvement areas and suggest and execute upon process changes - Through the keen understanding of business data analysis that spans customer needs, operational processes, and metrics - Develop vendor management procedures that consider relationship management - And ensuring the best quality service/product at the best price with consistent standards - Forecast, hire and train as needed for customer support and logistics while creating the career plans for these areas - Improve productivity and cost-effectiveness through the development of robust and effective operational best practices
