Hiring for the position of Product & Operations Lead in a FinTech Company

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Education: MBA from a Top-Tier B School

Job Description:

- This is a critical role and carries significant responsibility. Over a period of time this has the potential to grow into a COO.

- This role represents a rare opportunity to join a London Headquartered FinTech start-up aimed at an overseas client base. Our platform aims to disrupt the overseas financial services sector for emerging markets, by offering an array of products to their clients - from investment solutions to multi-currency bank accounts.

- The role is ideal for someone who wants to become an entrepreneur in the fintech sector and is willing to take the risk for an opportunity with exceptional upside.

1. Lead business development conversations with domestic financial institutions. An important ability to follow-through on tasks

2. Liaising with technology team to ensure appropriate project management for launch of digital products

3. Liaising with the global team to assist with strategic efforts

4. Engage with Accountants and Legal teams and ensure appropriate administration of the Company

Preferences:

- MBA from a top-tier b-school in India/Overseas preferred.

- Experience in Finance preferred, but not essential

- Experience of working in a Consulting firm/ Bank/ Product based company is a plus
