- Monthly analysis of sales, market share and competitors evolution (Analytical Skills and Data Crunching)
- Follow up and overall control of the assigned categories to ensure profitability
- Define and implement the strategy in line with annual marketing plans & dashboard: Pricing strategies, margin management, marketing in order to boost sales and profitability
- Manage the interaction with Sales, Trade, Supply Chain and Controlling (across all levels of the organization)
- Identify and implement improvement areas & solutions thereof for the product portfolio with a strong sense of competition mapping & distribution channels
Leadership & Energy to implement new projects
- Develop and manage the marketing plan for the said categories within the brand architecture of the company. Work closely with Brand and communication team to ensure product awareness
