Summary of Role :

Requirements :

As a Sr. / Product Marketing Manager :

- You are a critical thinker and a relativist.

- You know what you know and more importantly you know what you dont know. And of course, you know how to figure what you dont know yet. Data is your staple and you dont compromise on logic.

- You have to live in the hearts and minds of our players. You have a deep understanding of a gaming mindset. To be more precise, you understand how real money gamers think.

- Your thinking is not restricted by the nature of solutions. Each of your projects may have components of content & communication, offers & promotions, journey changes and new features and your success depends on how well you are able to bring all of it together.

- You need to have an in-depth understanding of the Brand Positioning and possible perceptions attached to the positioning and you will need to ensure that the product reflects the alignment with the Brand and caters to different perceptions.

- You are hypothesis driven and have the ability to look at players problems from a behavioral vantage point and you can zoom in to the specifics keeping in mind all the constraints and context.

- You are heavily trained in the discipline of Analyzing with Data. You know what to measure and how to measure it. You will need to translate a behavior into a metric or a set of metrics.

- You are always looking for smart solutions. Let the machine do this job is your catchphrase. You may also use the word Automation.

- You see Personalization as a necessity and not as a privilege.

- You are an inspirational leader who is ambitious to the core and knows how to drive action with speed.

Role : You will be working with a team of Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Analysts, UX Designers, Artists and Engineers in managing multiple trajectories of growth.
