Product Marketing Manager - Internet/Online (5-9 yrs)

Role: Product Marketing

We seek a PM who understands that technology is an enabler and that the PM needs to closely work with Tech & business teams to find innovative ways to achieve business goals using tech. A deep understanding of business, consumer behaviour, tech is critical to the role along with maturity & experience.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of Existing platforms (App + website)

- Product led Growth: Identify user growth funnels on the existing app

- Product led Retention: Identify product solutions to enable retention of users, across personas. The key being extending LTV along with ARPU.

- Product led Engagement: Using tech to support the community team to moderate, engage seamlessly with least effort. Idea is for the community team to spend more time engaging with users rather than on operations.

- Data driven approach: The PM will own key metrics like user growth, retention, referrals. Enable data backed decision making for all teams by making easy to comprehend data available for all business teams.

- Market Trends, Competitive analysis: Goes sans saying that as the owner of the Product, we would love to have a PM on the team who is able to be a brilliant time manager such that she/he can track & identify trends that the company needs to be mindful of.

- Integrations: The PM will be required to work closely with 3rd party platforms to enable seamless impeccable integrations as needed.

- Gather insights from across teams within the organization and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis.

- Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion & engagement through effective data analytics and product improvisations.

- Internalize and deeply understand the company's tech stack, investment approach, client focus and business objectives.

- Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Understanding of digital community & financial planning customer life cycle & investment eco-system.

- Write feature requirements, user stories & review with stakeholders

- Work closely with all stake holders to drive the execution.

- Ensure that the development team is providing timely solution that is scalable in future

- Responsible for the existing products and its features support

- Coordinate with support / third party vendors whenever required

- Document Features in an innovative and crisp way

- Responsible for measuring success/feature adoption and drive requirements that enhances the experience and bring revenue

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product

- Strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies

- Tech background with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models is preferred.

- Product grasp - capable of taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and leading thought in these areas.

- Highlight Risks/Gaps in the product development

Qualifications:

- B-Tech/MBA or Even a B Tech from top tier engineering college with product experience

- 5+years of experience in product management experience

- Experience in the Community/ Payments/ Wealth tech/ Investment tech domain is good to have

- Agile/SCRUM experience

- Collaborative mind-set and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.

- Strong experience in designing API contracts for a product or feature, Knowledge on SDKs and integrations is a must, Exposure to API Platform Management is a big plus

- Ability to think from a developer point of view is a must
