This is a role-based out of Kota.
Skillsets
- Responsible to solely drive the product marketing for both apps (aayu & Sehat Sathi) along with doctor web portal.
- Excellent Hindi written & Verbal communication (mandatory)
- Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for User engagement, retention, and driving in-app growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing user behavior funnels & data and solving problems).
- Ability to create highly engaging content campaigns in both Hindi & English for user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, designing, technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive campaigns and product communication.
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data. Constantly monitor growth, retention and engagement numbers and report.
Preferred Experience
- Preferred relevant work experience in mobile app marketing, digital marketing, content marketing and display & search marketing.
- Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third-party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.
