Product Marketing Manager About the client : The client is a giant Indian multinational conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, India present through subsidiaries in Chemicals, Communications, Healthcare, Steel, IT, Consumer products, Power, Tourism etc. About the role : The role reports to the Head of Product in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics subsidiary where major responsibilities would be as follows : - Define the product features, ensure alignment with the target customer segments and define the core messaging for the customers till the launch - Work closely with the Sales team to understand the preferences of the customer and incorporate those features into the product - Work on new products both built-in house or through licensing of technology - Work closely with the R&D team to understand any new innovation in the product and incorporating those subsequently Ideal candidate : - Must have 5+ years of overall healthcare experience with at least 2 years of Diagnostics exposure - Good blend of product (technical) and marketing experience is desirable - Exposure of scientific selling of sophisticated products, preferably in Diagnostics - Experience in new product launch would be preferred - Agile and dynamic to involve changes in the product as per the need
