Product Marketing Manager - Indias Leading Building Material Major Co.

- Responsible for creating, executing and analyzing new business ideas & brands and improving current products offerings. Also responsible for managing products by implementing marketing activities and act as an interface between various agencies and trade to facilitate Brand building on a national scale.

- Create, execute and analyze proposals for new product ideas and present it to Senior Management for execution and launch.

- Lead the development and implementation of new product roll outs in terms of product proposition, pricing, distribution & promotion in coordination with R&D, production, planning and sales team

- Coordinate with market research agencies to carry out brand track analysis, consumer, trade and competitive analysis & research

- Coordination with Design Agency to develop concepts for New Products

- Responsible for evaluating costing/pricing for all new products in coordination with costing department, R&D and sales team

- Liasioning with advertising / media / event agencies for identifying and executing media & promotional plans and on ground activation/ events to facilitate brand building

Conceptualization and development of POS for:

- New Product Launch

- Existing Product

- Consumer (Regional/National level)

- Events

Leading the Competition tracking activities for newly launched products by collation of data / information from various sources like SAP system, sales team, market visits, published data, etc. & preparing reports on category, SKU, offers and margins analysis

- Tracking Brand performance/Brand review through sales analysis, cost & profitability analysis to arrive at short term and long term Brand strategies

Candidate Requirement :-

Engineer + MBA is a must

Should be from any industry - Paint / Glass / Cement / Sanitary ware / Fittings / Electrical Fixtures / Interiors / Kitchen Cabinets / Doors / Conceal wires / Elevators / Cables / Safety Equipment / AC / Tiles
