A promising 13 year old Fintech Company poised for quantum leap in Gurgaon is scouting for a top notch Product Marketer
Objectives :
- Devise strategies to result in the growth of existing business by improving new lead conversions and retention of existing customer base
- Identify and execute partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with other brands to augment the revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design marketing plan for acquisition & retention of merchants on our product & services.
- Lead/ funnel management for acquisition & retention of merchants on our product & services.
- Identify the product/ services to company's portfolio for merchants/ customers to gain competitive advantage.
- Focus on understanding the market and market needs, but with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of the companys products and services
- Utilize knowledge of the market, product, product strategy, and competition to enable product growth
- Craft strategies for marketing including digital, advertising, creative, communication, competitive differentiation etc.
- Design branding, positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy
- Understanding conversion rate optimization principles and hacks and being able to apply the hacks to any revenue lines.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Manage the P&L and ensure revenues as well as cost budgets are aligned with overall business strategy
8.Education qualifications, skills & experience :
Education qualifications: MBA/PGDM from IIM A, B, C or any Tier-1 BSchool
Skills : Strong business acumen, Strong leadership skills, Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Methodologies: OKR, Agile
Tools: Jira, CRM, Power BI
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience preferably from fintech domain
- Should have preferably worked in P&L and revenue ownership role
- Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of product and brand marketing, network development & profit targets
- Experience of running successful marketing campaigns
