Position: Product Manager

Location: Chennai, India ( all 5 days work from office)

Experience: 3 to 7 Yrs

Education: Bachelor & Master degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Compensation: 30 to 45 L.p.a

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building product from 0 to 1. Solving workflow problems in Product Management.

Requirement:

- At least 3+ years of experience in product management & workflow.

- Must be from B2B SAAS background with proven experience building Products from 0 To 1

- Willing to work in early-stage startup

- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies, from conception to launch and beyond.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and execute product roadmaps.

- Create product specifications and communicate product features and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive product launch and go-to-market strategies.

- Monitor product performance and iterate on features and functionality based on customer feedback and usage data.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning.
