About the Role :

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager for the Website, we'll need you to do some heavy lifting! You will have to collaborate with our engineering, design, and marketing to take data driven calls on maintaining the website. You need to have a thorough understanding of the new products and features. You must be a pro at leadership and product management. You will also be required to grow the organic traffic of the website by focusing on a strong SEO strategy.

1. Ensure that the all organizational objectives of various business teams are addressed on the website.

2. Constantly improve on our customer success processes and workflows

3. Improve organic rankings by adding content on and off the website

4. Provide a positive experience for customers on the website

5. Lead a team of product designers, developers and testers to ensure your KPI's are met.

6. Solid understanding of the web development process, including requirements gathering, information architecture, creative design, content management principles, development tools and technologies, usability testing, and deployment management.

7. Develop standard operating procedures for how to handle requests in the future

8. Proven experience working with a time-accountable environment and under budgetary constraints.

9. Monitor usability and user experience on the website and take action and fix the same based on data driven insights

10. Create a strategy and implement it to improve the organic search ranking for the website

11. Working on creating a content strategy on and off the website to improve organic search rankings

Profile / Skills required:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree

- 2 - 4 years experience in handling website and SEO

- Energetic and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and get them through to the - final mile of action and outcomes

- Experience in leading a team

- Experience in documenting and developing processes and procedures

- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience in Healthcare experience preferred

- Technical background demonstrated through related coursework (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering), internships, extracurricular activities, or personal projects.

- Written communication that is clear and effective.

- Prior experience in the field!
