This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent, forward thinking individual to spearhead CRM and help us build the region's largest luxury marketplace. Based in New Delhi, you- ll be working within the Global Marketing department and work closely with various areas (content, merchandising) to improve performance on different owned channels.

Product Manager - Web / App

To enrich our Marketing & UX team, we are looking for a passionate Product Manager to bring our platform to the next level - building products that consumers love.

Work with a team of engineers, content specialists and designers, you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring all the initiatives aiming to build a top-notch web & mobile products.

Main responsibilities:

- Gather customer research insight, competitive environment analysis, industry trends and current product data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value

- Define for each consumer- product (Desktop, Mobile Web and App) a clear roadmap, to increase conversion rate and build a product that fully meet our consumers- needs

- Define the user journey and articulate detailed user stories

- Define features and requirements to execute your Product Roadmap, working with designers, developers and content specialists to make it happens

- Achieving and measuring customer and market success (via AB tests or other solid approaches), aiming to improve Conversion Rate and Product Engagement metrics

We are looking for a pro who is great at building engaging user experiences

- 5+ years of B2C Product Management expertise, including delivery of entire products start to finish

- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex desktop / mobile applications

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through basic wire frames for the designer team

- Objectives oriented and self-started. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Advanced English knowledge (B1 or above) (VERY) Valuable expertise

- International experience, especially on MENA region

- Solid experience with eCommerce public platforms, especially on Fashion industry

- Solid experience with Mobile Web / Apps
