Product Manager Vehicle Finance
Company Profile: A Leading Small Finance Bank.
ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
- Developing and enhancing the product offering in Vehicle Finance.
- Having market knowledge of what is happening in the open market space
- System development LOS and LMS.
- Relationship with key stakeholders in smooth functioning of business
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
1. Business/ Financials (Only Relevant roles)
- Responsible for timely roll out of Vehicle Finance business across various branches of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.
- Responsible to use his/her industry connect to establish distribution, tie-ups and relationships with dealer to expand business
- Responsible for collaboration with other businesses and support team for lead generation and lead conversion
- Helping NBM in P & L related activities and providing valuable inputs
2. Customer
- Responsible for Training towards Relationship Officers
- Responsible for coordination with various departments- All Businesses, Credit, Audit, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Vigilance, Collections, SQ, HR and Marketing
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience is provided to all stakeholders
3. Internal Process
- Responsible for building simplified workflow and interface using technology
- Responsible for compliance with norms and regulations
- Responsible to design proactive measures to counter market dynamics and competition
4. Innovation & Learning
- Responsible for sharing MIS timely
- Responsible for training and preparedness of branches and direct team
- Responsible for taking up additional responsibility on collection related aspects
