Job role (Tentative) :

- Delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives increasing Used Commercial Vehicle market share and bank portfolio penetration, P&L analysis for Used Commercial Vehicle product.

- Responsible for managing and implementing Business data and reports through research, strategic planning and implementation.

- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.

- Manage the entire product line life cycle and testing new features/products and ideas.

- Responsible for contest development to drive business and as well as profitability.

- Coordination with Internal stakeholders- Sales, Collections, Operations, IT.

- Sales Training: Responsible for content development for training the Sales employees on the product knowledge and selling skills.

- Responsible for drive Used Commercial Vehicle business through external stakeholders.

- Manpower hiring Gap analysis against budget, drive and monitor sales productivity.
