Product Manager - UPI/Payments - FinTech

We are Profit-making Fintech Product company based in Mumbai. Have Products into Payment Aggregator & Digital Payment Solutions.

Position: Product Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 3 to 8 Yrs

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Must have hands on experience in digital product management for Payments Domain.

- Must be from banks, Payment domain companies

- Continuous improvement in B2C user experience for payment products & solutions and consuming partner / vendor APIs & building user journeys around it.

- Streamline back-end processes to bring efficiency.

- To work on product maintenance activities to ensure minimum customer issues and maximum value ROI for the end customer.

- Multi - tasking and logical prioritization for timelines compliance

- Active coordination with technology team & taking responsibility of end-to-end deliverables.

- Regular engagement with stakeholders across technology, partners

- Should have Detailed understanding in the industry, new trends in business, developments in ecosystem.

- Should have an understanding on Data Science & Data Analytics & should be able to arrive at key metrices using analytical tools.

Key Required skills:

- Focus on generating new ideas and innovative product approaches.

- Understanding Payment Regulatory Norms.

- Deeper understanding of Payment flows of UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking

- Understanding on KYC, Mandates, Tokenization, eCMS & so on would be an added benefit.

- Greater understanding on use cases like Utilities, Bill Payments, Small Merchant QR Payments, Education & Govt Entities will be an added advantage.

- Should be able to solve deep Reconciliation & Settlement / Payout problems.

- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others

- Understanding of technology & Passion for digital payments.

- In - depth database, API level understanding.
