Designation: Product Manager-Unified communication
Location-Mumbai/New Delhi
Responsibilities
This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with executive management, product management, sales leadership, segment marketing and other staff members. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills. Candidates must be team oriented and have a can do attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, matrix team environment.
Responsibilities
- Works with head of product marketing to develop and co-own marketing plan and deliver against annual plans for UCC products and services.
- Product positioning - develop compelling messaging that differentiates our unified communications solutions in the market and drives sales success
- Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan collaborating with product management, sales, and support teams.
- Training and communication - develop and deliver sales training content and materials for internal readiness in preparation for launch; communicate launch updates across the organization
- Sales assets develop and manage sales tools such as sales presentations, solution briefs, TCO calculators and overall asset repository and disseminate relevant information to sales on regular basis
- Market intelligence - research market requirements and trends, competition and customer insights and share with internal stakeholders for decision-making
- Content generation - develop web content and sales collateral including datasheets, customer case studies and demo videos; create compelling product and market content for demand gen programs
- Thought leadership - support PR and analyst activities including events, trade shows, webinars, media outreach, analyst queries, awards and white papers.
- Manage overall analysis and monitor performance metrics for the specific services on the portfolio including sales win/loss tracking, ACV and revenue targets by segment and region.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 10 years of product marketing experience
- Bachelors in business or marketing, MBA a plus
- Experience with unified communications and cloud services
- Proven success in developing and managing product go-to-market plans
- Experience working directly with senior management, enterprise sales and channel partners
- Strong business acumen plus strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to excel in team-oriented, collaborative and fast paced environment
- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestic/international 15-20%
