Role: Product Manager-Digital Products UI UX

Location: Bangalore Location

Experience- 1-3 years in Product Management and from Premier Institute

Job Requirement & Responsibility

- End-to-end product management experience with software / web technologies (e.g. on mobile)

- Understanding of user experience (UX) and business / commercial challenges

- Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

- Define, lead, and execute holistic strategy to work towards strategic business goals; collaborate across banking divisions, product areas, and functions.

- Ready to do hands-on during the prototyping phase

- Engage closely with engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule

- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly.

- Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, Legal, and Policy teams; build and manage an actionable product roadmap.

- Launch solutions that solve customer challenges.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree from a top engineering or design college, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
