We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and knowledgeable Global Product Manager for its UCaaS/Microsoft Cloud Solutions Portfolio. This Global Product Manager will be covering India as a region and is likely to be based out of Mumbai.

As Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), workplace transformation, employee experience and cloud collaboration technology go through an accelerated consolidation it is imperative that Company's must help on a global scale to assist customers to bring their Telephony platform on MS Teams and in the process help them migrate from on-prem PBX solutions to Cloud.

We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding on Unified Communications & Collaboration (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex/CUCM, Zoom etc) with Telephony/PBX background. The Candidate must have exposure to global collaboration trends, direct experience with leading UCC players such as Microsoft, Cisco etc and willing to find disruptive approaches and strategies to drive increased adoption and value for our UCaaS Customer base.

This Global Product Management role will be accountable for building a strategic plan, roadmap execution and GTM definition to drive India and Global growth across our UCaaS/MCS portfolio. Essential to this will be assisting in the migration of customers onto the MS Teams platform and ensuring Phone System Features & Functionalities are enabled within the "Sell the Suite" solutions. Leveraging our brand loyalty and dominant position in the India Market and working directly with Global MNCs will be a strategic cornerstone of our UCaaS success.

This position will be dedicated to creating competitive and managed services differentiation specific to Company's ability to help organizations implement and leverage the UCaaS/MCS offerings.

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

Comapny's Business Collaboration UCaaS team needs Seasoned Global Product Manager to further develop this critical UCaaS/MCS strategy, execute on an approved roadmap/development projects and champion the go-to-market in partnership with sales targeting both Indian and global multi-national Enterprises. Must be able to team with Microsoft PM counterparts and align with executive vision to develop short/long term strategy outlook across the MCS Portfolio.

Role Requirements:

This role requires a self-motivated leader with direct Product Management experience delivering Solutions around MS Teams Telephony. Candidate must have a keen sense of the overall UCC market, competitive awareness of the India Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions market and provide critical strategic direction related to India Domestic and Global UC objectives.

The Candidate will be responsible for the India UCaaS/MCS objectives and targets. Also, responsible for Product Life cycle management that involves Envisage, Concept, Framework, Partnerships, Process, Engineering validation, Documentation, GTM etc.

the other responsibility involves Pricing, Bundling, Enablement through Trainings, Adoption and Growth strategy that plugs into our entire UCaaS/MCS portfolio. Critical to success will be identifying Enterprise and Partner offers, migrating customers to the next generation UCC platform with Regulatory compliance, differentiated solution capabilities ensuring that lifecycle management and improving adoption services.

The Product Manager will champion and execute across cross-functional teams and drive solution enablement discussions with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Service Assurance, Operations, Technology & Service Development teams. The successful candidate will be setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact on product adoption.

The Product Manager will champion projects through the Company New Product Introduction/Agile Development process and lead the UCaaS/MCS Workstream that is accountable for the delivery and customer acceptance of the solutions.

The Global Product Manager will be fully responsible for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), P&L and CAPEX/OPEX of all UCaaS/MCS business initiatives and programs. Key focus will be on Gross and Net Revenue contribution and growth targets that are assigned to the UCaaS/MCS portfolio.
