Educational Qualification - MBA / CA

- End to end ownership of all trade related products, programs and policies.

- To keep abreast with new trade related offerings.

- Ensure no breach of regulatory compliances in any trade product.

- Regular creation/updation of product programs, policies and SOPs.

- Regular liasoning with other banks, RBI, FEDAI, IBA, ICC, etc.

- Adoption of digital trade solutions for the Bank.

Overall Job Description :

1. Revising existing product programs and devising new product offerings to encash market conditions.

2. Co-ownership of revenue numbers with Trade Sales Teams.

3. Creation/Updation of Standard Operating Processes for trade related products.

4. To be ahead of market on digital trade solutions.

5. Review/Creation of product policies.

6. Rolling out product solutions to support sales team.

7. Periodic Review of current processes and products.

8. Support to Sales team on product/technical issues

9. Close liasioning with internal stakeholders like Relationship team, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Credit Administration & RISK.

10. Analysing and reporting the business drivers/ Key Performance Indicators

11. Ensuring adoption of best practices across the markets

12. Should have excellent knowledge on all trade products i.e. LCs, BGs, Import, Export, ODI, FDI, Factoring, Discounting, Assignment of Receivables, Import Finance, Export, Variety of Foreign Currency Loans, Forfeiting , Commodity backed trade credit lines etc.

Essential requirement: Minimum experience of 7-15 years in Trade Product / Product sales / Product & Process facilitation of Transaction Banking Products i.e. Core Trade Finance Products.
