Collaboration Product Manager - Telecom

- Product Management of Collaboration solutions for the Enterprise. The role will enable development of cutting edge product propositions for both Large and SMB customer segments. Driving revenues, working with a cross functional team, including ISV and Device Partners, Engineering and Marketing teams.

- Candidate should have worked on video conferencing and audio conferencing products as a product manager.

Qualification : BE/BTech

Key Accountabilities :

1. Manage the complete lifecycle of the Collaboration suite of solutions

2. Market mapping of current and future product capabilities, sizing of business opportunities and creation of product strategy based on market needs and customer insights

3. Build cost-benefit analysis, to enable offtake at scale, by the Enterprise

4. The role focus is to drive revenues. Drive day-to-day product and revenue management.

5. Collaborate with engineering, support and design teams, and effectively drive releases of new features

6. Commercial modeling. Competitive benchmarking

7. Actively participate in key strategic deals as a subject matter expert by providing solutions and commercial support.

8. Define and build advanced enterprise admin experiences including: Account, group, and user level settings and permission management; Reporting and analytics solutions for ease of management

9. Create consistent, unified experience across products, platforms and devices Sales and Solutions enablement, through content, training and deals, with multiplying impact

10. End-to-end proposition development experience including developing product concepts, business cases, delivering products through NPD cycles and building robust Go-to-market plans.

5. A proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

6. Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

7. Strong understanding of enterprise market
