PRODUCT MANAGER

Job description:

The Product Manager position is a high impact position to the company in building the most innovative robust and scalable digital platform solutions for varied lines of business. You will be working with business stakeholders to build mission critical digital products, such as those that integrate with various applications both internal and external. There is never a shortage of interesting problems to solve, interesting people to meet, and product complexities to master.

Responsibilities:

- Own the complete digital product from inception to go live and its change request feature documentation maintainability

- Determine clients' needs by iterating with external and internal stakeholders on product requirements and manage client expectations

- Clearly articulate the both functional and non-functional requirements and deep drive to create all scenarios and high level solution approaches to achieve that requirements

- Lead the definition, stakeholder alignment, and roll-out of features - in collaboration with other business team, designers, and engineers

- Develop detailed product requirements documents from user stories to wireframes

- Create ROI analyze for every requirement

- Define clear backlogs including backlog grooming and prioritization

- End to end digital journey and flow creation along with understanding of various systems and tools that will be integrated or impacted - either on the product side or engineering side

- Understand the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

- 4 - 7 years of relevant full stack software product management experience

- An undergraduate engineering degree (B.tech / BS ) in Computer Science (or the equivalent) from a reputed university / engineering college

- Post graduate degree in business administration from a reputed university/engineering college

- Understand technologies, systems as play and integration points APIs - either on the product side or engineering side

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Tools and Systems:

- Experience with Billing, Ticketing, HRMS, Contact Center, CRM, Financial ERP, Payment gateways, SMS gateways, supply chain, sales related digital products will be a plus.
