Tech startup based out of the UK & Dubai are looking for an experienced technology product manager, ideally with relevant experience within the price comparison or travel app development industry. You will be required to develop the company's product portfolio including by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; and overseeing the outsourced technology team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products. - Identify & collaborate with global commercial service partners to develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. - Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including management, technology team and marketing. - Research and identify monetization opportunities and strategies and market gaps to be exploited - Identify partnerships and conceptualize end-to-end product and user journey. - Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identifiy opportunities and risks. - Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. - Develop, own, and executes product roadmap. - Work with user-focused departments to define the user experience, support, and monitoring for customers. - Partner with sales/business development departments to build partnerships - Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. - Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. - Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. - Define and execute go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful. - Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment. What we require from the candidate: - Extensive experience in a 'Product Owner' or - Product Manager- or - Product Lead- capacity - Experience in App Development, preferably in the price comparison, travel or affiliate marketing industries - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Ability to work in cross-functional teams - Experience working with 3rd party suppliers - Strong stakeholder management skills
