Intro :
- We offer Smart Health Plans - monthly subscription-based Health Insurance to end-users.
- But once a user is onboarded, s/he needs to be kept engaged for various health & wellness related needs.
Role Definition :
- The Product Manager Healthcare/Wellness Solutions is essentially a Subject Matter Expert designing various engaging Programs/Products from Healthcare/Wellness domain for different life-stages of a customer.
- The Product Manager would design various engagement models leveraging our Health Network offerings across the healthcare spectrum like Preventive Diagnostics, Fitness Centers, Wellness Clinics, Diet Nutrition Consultants, Tele-Consults, etc to engage with a customer at various stages of his healthcare/wellness needs.
- The Product Manager would use customer health status data points to create demography-specific Wellness Plans, Lifestyle Management Offerings, Chronic Care Management, Weight Loss Program, Nutrition Consultation, Therapy Consultation, etc.
Relevant Experience :
- Most recent 5+ Years into Product Development (Customer Program Design) in the healthcare/wellness domain.
- Folks who had developed/designed various Health & Wellness Programs for health/wellness Apps, any insurance companies, any reputed hospital/clinic chain, etc
