Product Manager - Startup

We are looking for a Product Manager for a early stage Startup.

Responsibilities :

- Own the product and associated business metrics

- Decide the roadmap and execution plan

- Work closely with the founders and the leadership team to define the product roadmap

- Be the voice of the customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements - Lead a strong cross functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers, and data analysts to drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth

Requirement:

- 4-8 years of work experience

- BE/B.Tech/BS in Computer Engineering or relevant engineering experience

- Product Manager experience, including experience building and rolling out new products

- Entrepreneurial / Ownership attitude

- Stakeholder Management

- Smooth Communication

- Experience with a travel product or an MBA is a plus
