Product Manager/Sr Product Manager/Group Product Manager - eCommerce (7-14 yrs)
The Company is seeking Rockstar Product Managers for a new ecommerce venture in the fashion & lifestyle segment. This is a key initiative for the company in its endeavor to drive a digital revolution in India, enabling access to digitally enabled goods.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Identify and evaluate product opportunities
- Lead User Research
- Write business cases
- Define product features and requirements
- Test for usability, valuability, feasibility
- Work closely with technology teams through development cycles
- Work cross-functionally to ensure technology, business and user needs are aligned
- Work cross functionally to drive Product Launches and Release
- Generate, share and action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement
- Contribute to a culture of user-centered innovation, knowledge enhancement
- Train and manage high performance teams
