Product Manager - South-East Asian Internet/Online Group

We are now setting up a cross-country Engineering & Product Team in Bangalore & Singapore to work on cutting edge products for solving data, intelligence and commerce problems to help expand our offerings and enter new markets and verticals.The Bangalore office will be fully functionally by March and will be housing 200+ members in the next few months.

Role & Responsibilites

We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities will be-

1. Lead the Ideation, development, and launch of new products and features.Establish shared vision across all stakeholders by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

2. Work closely with the Top Management Team to form and tweak Strategy for all the Product Lines by Defining and documenting detailed product requirements for Web, Mobile Web & Mobile App.Periodic Review of product lines for the revenue projections collectively and Geographically to identify improvements.

3. Work closely with Design team to product best UI designs for the product in the allocated time.

4. Work closely with engineering team to get all the features implemented on time

5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.Monitor such metrics closely and provide suggestions to improve feature usage

Preferred Qualifications

- BA/BS in Engineering or related technical field from Tier-1 colleges.

- MBA degree will be a plus.

- At least 3 years of Experience with product management or product design or software engineering with a focus on Internet Product and technologies.

- Total Work Experience of 3-7 years.

- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales or marketing.

- Previous starting-up/ entrepreneurship experience will be highly desired and a huge plus.

Additional Information

- Location: Bengaluru

- Salary: CTC of 23-32 LPA

- Candidate should be flexible to travel to our other offices in Southeast Asia and willing to relocate for short terms ( 6-9 months) to Singapore
