Product Manager - Solar Industry - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-5 yrs)
- Responsible to own product management activities for the product piece - and undertake actions required together with the appropriate cross functional teams - engineering, sales, product teams, customer service, etc.
- Defining the new products through MRDs, New Product Business Plans, etc creating the business case for new product.
- You will be part of the cross functional Core-team for product as a product owner which includes engineering, mechanical teams, operation, supply chain and program management.
- Communicate together with sales the value proposition (and/or the specific technical elements of it) towards customers
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire the company.
- You will work along with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy along with product teams, helping them understand the product positioning, core messaging, key benefits, and target customers.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience in the solar industry a plus, need to have technology background
- An MBA from a top university in India
- 2+ years of technical and/or product management experience in a similar field of product
- Computer skills, including experience working with MS Outlook and SalesForce.com
- Flexible, with a can do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic fluid environment
