A US-based transformational learning company, with a portfolio of Cloud-based Online Learning products, Online learning strategy consulting & transformation, content services, IT services, and skills enablement services to fortune 500 corporations in the USA is looking for Product Manager - Soft Skills Learning

Skills & Qualification :

- Proven work experience as a Product Manager (Soft Skills learning products/services) or similar role

- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, online learning and blended learning)

- Experience organizing & running training programs across B2B, B2C & B2A markets

- Well versed with Soft skills learning programs

- Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Bachelor's or master's in business management/technology or relevant field

Job Responsibilities :

- Establish Soft Skills portfolio of learning programs for global offering to B2B, B2C & B2A markets.

- Design, develop & launch soft skills learning programs on Blended Learning platform

- Accountable for P&L and success of soft-skills learning portfolio

- Setup framework, processes & structure to successful run & drive learning programs

- Partner with stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on KRAs

- Develop & deploy innovative learning strategies to succeed in disruptive global markets

- Own & drive sales numbers for learning programs
