Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain/Logistics/Payments - eCommerce

Role :

- Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to craft product specifications and design

- Develop the product road-map and strategy for platform product areas

- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

- Resolve issues, while identifying opportunities, for product category, including technical and product-related support for internal and external customers

- Build and track user insights, product KPIs into all stages of the planning and execution process, ensuring the continuous validation of features and stories with customers and users

Who should apply for this role?

- Minimum 2 yrs experience in supply chain product management in ecommerce industry

- Experience as a product manager in building and managing supply chain products for ecommerce industry. Including but not limited to warehouse systems, logistics, order management, inventory management, customer support etc.

- Direct hands-on experience with developing roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, testing, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

- Excellent attention to detail and data oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learning.

- Proficiency working in an agile environment

- Position-appropriate mentoring/leadership abilities, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
