Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Omnichannel - Food Service Firm - IIT/NIT/IIM/FMS/MDI

We are looking for an experienced PM to join our team in the role of Product Manager/Sr Product Manager. The incumbent will be the user's voice on the table and lead our product's zero to one journey for an exciting new product. Responsible for defining the product vision, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to execute that vision in a way that feels inspired and magical.

- Create and articulate global omnichannel product strategy and roadmap

- Lead ideation, requirement gathering, and launch of digital products that enable customers to have a frictionless experience from online to in our stores

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Retail, Technology, CRM, Digital, and International teams, to gather, review, and prioritize initiatives and establish requirements

- Foster a culture of change management, leading with the Why and constantly driving transparency as well as collaboration across stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualification :

- 4 -10 year experience in product management

- B Tech. or MBA from a premier institution
