Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Lending - Internet/Online

- You have 3+ years experience in managing lending products (credit cards, working capital, revenue based finance), ideally in high-growth start-ups

- You have experience building, scaling products and owning P&L in a high growth product based company

- Good understanding of technology

- You have a track record of managing (financial) products leveraging data, customer feedback & primary/secondary research

- Experience in building SAAS products for businesses is highly desirable

- You have the ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate decisions

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence all levels of stakeholders

- Ability to solve complex problems and prioritizing product roadmap

- Analytical thinking and strong understanding of user experience

- You have extensive experience building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets on small screens.You should have experience with low fidelity wireframing You should have experience mentoring and scaling team of product managers.
